Complete guide to Dashboard

When you do this

Open Dashboard after signing in, when checking daily health or when a customer asks whether the site is currently working.

What this means

Dashboard combines site health, current traffic, connected networks, devices and topology. Read it from the top down so one green metric does not hide stale evidence or an unresolved finding.

Before you start

  • Select the correct organization and site.
  • Confirm the page shows a current updated time and Monitoring active.

Do this step by step

  1. 1Read the top status banner and its recommendation.
  2. 2Read AXORIK Brief for the plain-language explanation.
  3. 3Check Internet Bandwidth and Network Segments for current activity and scope.
  4. 4Use Your devices to identify the exact affected device.
  5. 5Use Network topology when the problem may affect a branch of downstream devices.

How to know it worked

You can state whether the site is healthy, what evidence time supports that answer and which device or finding requires the next action.

If it does not work

  • If the updated time is old, check the Connector before trusting the health result.
  • If device totals differ, confirm that the console itself is included and wait for inventory refresh.
  • If a card cannot load, use its retry action and check whether other live cards are current.

Important

A 100 health score describes the evidence AXORIK currently has. It is not proof when monitoring is stale or incomplete.

What you will see on this page

These are the exact AXORIK sections to look for. Read them in the order shown unless the complete guide directs you to a specific finding.

1

Site health header

Shows score, device availability, clients, traffic and monitoring state.

2

AXORIK Brief

Explains the current network state and recent recovery activity in plain language.

3

Internet Bandwidth

Shows live download, upload, recent average and peak activity.

4

Network Segments

Lists the active main, guest and IoT networks and their current client counts.

5

Your devices

Shows each console, gateway, switch, access point and camera with live evidence.

6

Network topology

Maps uplinks and relationships so the affected branch can be identified.

Recommended workflow

Follow these steps in order. If a step is blocked, resolve it before moving to the next one.

1

Read the status banner

Check health, availability, monitoring state and the current recommendation together.

2

Read AXORIK Brief

Use the plain-language summary of incidents, recoveries and remaining work.

3

Confirm scope

Use devices, network segments and topology to identify what is affected.

4

Follow the evidence

Open the recommended finding or workspace instead of guessing from one metric.

Safety and interpretation

  • A green device status does not prove configuration safety.
  • Stale telemetry is not a healthy result.
  • The console is part of the site inventory.

Can you now explain when and why to use this feature?

Mark it complete only when you know where to find it, what its main sections mean and what the safe next step is.
