Complete guide to AXORIK Guide and AXORIK Advisor

When you do this

Use this guide when you see the floating Axori button or are unsure where to ask a free-form question about the network.

What this means

AXORIK Guide is the small on-page explainer. Quick insight explains the current screen and Page map names its sections. AXORIK Advisor is the separate conversational assistant where you type questions and receive answers grounded in available site or project evidence.

Before you start

  • Open the product page you want to understand.
  • For a live-data question, select the correct site first.
  • For a Design Studio question, open the correct project before launching Project Advisor.

Do this step by step

  1. 1Select the floating Axori button near the top of a supported page.
  2. 2Use Quick insight for the purpose and current meaning of the page.
  3. 3Use Page map to understand the real sections and recommended order.
  4. 4If Page map offers Ask Axori about the live data, use it to hand the current context to Advisor.
  5. 5Otherwise open AXORIK Advisor from its dedicated workspace entry and type the question there.

How to know it worked

You can explain that Guide has no chat field and can open the separate Advisor only where contextual handoff is supported.

If it does not work

  • If Advisor does not open, check whether the page supports contextual handoff and whether the plan includes Advisor.
  • If an answer lacks live context, confirm the intended site or project before asking again.

Important

Advisor answers depend on the evidence available to the selected site or project. It must not invent missing telemetry or cross customer boundaries.

What you will see on this page

These are the exact AXORIK sections to look for. Read them in the order shown unless the complete guide directs you to a specific finding.

1

Quick insight

Explains the current page in plain language and may summarize live page evidence when that screen publishes it.

2

Page map

Lists the real sections on the current page, what each one does and the recommended order of work.

3

Ask Axori about the live data

Appears in Page map on supported portal pages and hands the current page context to the separate AXORIK Advisor.

4

AXORIK Advisor

Provides the actual conversation, suggested questions, site context, answers and supporting citations when the plan enables it.

5

Project Advisor

Opens AXORIK Advisor with the selected Design Studio project so the conversation stays grounded in that project's requirements and indexed evidence.

Recommended workflow

Follow these steps in order. If a step is blocked, resolve it before moving to the next one.

1

Open AXORIK Guide

Select the floating Axori button to understand the screen before changing anything.

2

Read Quick insight

Use the explanation and any live analysis to identify what matters on the current page.

3

Open Page map

Review the named page sections, available capabilities and recommended flow.

4

Move to Advisor when needed

On a supported portal page, use Ask Axori about the live data or open AXORIK Advisor from the sidebar for a real conversation.

Safety and interpretation

  • Quick insight is not a chat input.
  • The Page map button opens a separate Advisor conversation only on supported portal pages.
  • Advisor access depends on the account plan.
  • Project Advisor uses the selected project's isolated evidence.
