Complete guide to Operations Center

When you do this

Use Operations Center when AXORIK recommends work, an alert needs a supported response or you want to review safe actions before changing the network.

What this means

Operations Center converts findings into accountable work. It separates information from actionable items and shows evidence, impact, scope, preflight, approval and verification in one flow.

Before you start

  • Select the correct site and confirm its evidence is current.
  • Know who is authorized to approve service-impacting changes.
  • Have a maintenance window when the action may interrupt service.

Do this step by step

  1. 1Start with Recommended actions and open the highest-impact ready item.
  2. 2Read the finding evidence, affected devices, timestamp and confidence.
  3. 3Open Smart Actions only when the finding supports one.
  4. 4Review scope, interruption, safeguards and preflight result.
  5. 5Approve the exact action and wait for verification before starting another change.

How to know it worked

The item records a verified outcome or a clear needs-attention state, and the audit history shows what was attempted.

If it does not work

  • If no action appears, the finding may be informational or unsupported.
  • If preflight blocks the action, fix the named dependency instead of bypassing it.
  • If an operation is active, wait for it to finish before retrying.

Important

Priority is based on current evidence and impact. It is not permission to execute every recommendation automatically.

What you will see on this page

These are the exact AXORIK sections to look for. Read them in the order shown unless the complete guide directs you to a specific finding.

1

Command Center

Opens the prioritized operating view for the selected site.

2

Network Health, Active Findings, Managed Devices and Verified Outcomes

Summarizes the current evidence, inventory and recorded successful remediation.

3

Operational Command

Lists the highest-value findings with severity, evidence time and Investigate, Guided Review or Fix Safely actions.

4

Live Operations

Shows recorded execution and outcome evidence as proof of completed service work.

5

From Detection to Verified Resolution

Explains the Detect, Investigate, Fix and Verify lifecycle for this site.

6

Premium Intelligence and Quick Operations

Offers proactive checks and frequent maintenance workflows when the current plan enables them.

7

All Smart Actions

Opens the searchable library of available audits, diagnostics, guided workflows and guarded remediation.

Recommended workflow

Follow these steps in order. If a step is blocked, resolve it before moving to the next one.

1

Start with Recommended

Use priority, impact and readiness instead of treating every observation equally.

2

Inspect evidence

Confirm affected devices, timestamps, confidence and business effect.

3

Review the plan

Read scope, interruption, safeguards and rollback before approval.

4

Verify and record

Wait for post-change checks and review the audit evidence.

Safety and interpretation

  • Informational findings may not have a fix.
  • A failed preflight blocks execution.
  • High-impact actions require explicit confirmation.
