Complete guide to Plans & Subscription

When you do this

Use Plans & Subscription when a feature is locked, when adding sites or when deciding which operational outcomes the account should include.

What this means

Plans & Subscription shows the active commercial package, site allowance, billing state and feature entitlements. Some capabilities are plan-based, while Protect intelligence and Design Project Packs may be scoped separately.

Before you start

  • Know the organization and account owner responsible for the subscription.
  • Count the sites that must be managed.
  • List the required outcomes, such as monitoring, guided actions, automation, Protect or design.

Do this step by step

  1. 1Confirm Current plan, subscription state and renewal information.
  2. 2Review Included capabilities for the account.
  3. 3Check the site allowance against active and planned sites.
  4. 4Read Protect and project scope for separately purchased capabilities.
  5. 5Compare plans by the outcome required, then use the supported upgrade or contact flow.

How to know it worked

The required sites and capabilities show as included or intentionally scoped, and a locked feature can be explained by entitlement rather than guessed as an error.

If it does not work

  • If the displayed plan is unexpected, confirm you are in the correct organization and signed in with an authorized role.
  • If a recent purchase is missing, refresh the billing state and contact support with the transaction reference, not payment credentials.
  • MSP portfolio pricing should be reviewed in the MSP commercial flow, not inferred from single-site plans.

Important

Never enter payment credentials into AXORIK Advisor, support chat or a help article. Use only the authorized checkout flow when it is enabled.

What you will see on this page

These are the exact AXORIK sections to look for. Read them in the order shown unless the complete guide directs you to a specific finding.

1

Current plan

Shows the active package, commercial status and whether Protect is included for this account.

2

Choose your operating level

Compares the live Essential, Professional and Complete catalog by price and included operational outcomes.

3

Billing lifecycle

Lists verified subscriptions, billing cadence, status and the next renewal or access-end date.

4

Manage billing

Opens the secure billing portal when checkout and billing management are enabled.

5

Protect intelligence

Explains Complete, active Protect coverage and the reviewed path for a tailored Protect configuration.

Recommended workflow

Follow these steps in order. If a step is blocked, resolve it before moving to the next one.

1

Check the active plan

Confirm plan, site allowance and renewal state.

2

Review capability

See whether the feature is included, an add-on or separately scoped.

3

Understand the boundary

Monitoring, guided action, automation, Protect and design can differ.

4

Upgrade intentionally

Choose by the operational outcome required.

Safety and interpretation

  • A locked action is not necessarily an error.
  • MSP terms differ from single-site plans.
  • Design packs and Protect intelligence may be separately scoped.
