Complete guide to Use Reports

When you do this

Use Reports when you need to explain service quality, incidents, performance or completed work to an owner, auditor or MSP customer.

What this means

Reports convert AXORIK evidence into a selected time window and audience. The report must preserve gaps and exclusions so a polished export never overstates what was actually monitored.

Before you start

  • Know the question the reader needs answered.
  • Select the correct customer, site, report type and date range.
  • Confirm the organization name and branding that should appear.

Do this step by step

  1. 1Choose Wi-Fi, Performance, Incident, History or SLA according to the question.
  2. 2Confirm the customer, site and evidence period before generating.
  3. 3Review monitoring coverage, gaps and excluded intervals.
  4. 4Preview device names, dates, findings and customer scope.
  5. 5Export or schedule delivery only after the preview is correct.

How to know it worked

The report identifies the correct customer and site, answers the intended question and visibly discloses its evidence window and gaps.

If it does not work

  • If the report is empty, verify the selected range and whether evidence exists for that period.
  • If totals differ from Dashboard, compare the report range with the current live view.
  • If branding or customer scope is wrong, correct the selected organization before export.

Important

An SLA report is evidence-based. Monitoring gaps must remain visible and cannot be silently counted as healthy service.

What you will see on this page

These are the exact AXORIK sections to look for. Read them in the order shown unless the complete guide directs you to a specific finding.

1

Wi-Fi report

Summarizes wireless service, clients and relevant quality evidence.

2

Performance report

Explains network performance over the selected period.

3

Documents incidents, recovery attempts and verified outcomes.

4

History report

Presents operational events across the selected time range.

5

SLA report

Recommended workflow

Follow these steps in order. If a step is blocked, resolve it before moving to the next one.

1

Choose the report type

Start from the question the reader needs answered.

2

Confirm site and range

Verify customer, site, dates and evidence coverage.

3

Review completeness

Look for monitoring gaps, stale data or exclusions.

4

Preview before export

Confirm names, dates, findings and customer scope.

Safety and interpretation

  • Reports reflect the available evidence window.
  • Monitoring gaps must remain visible.
  • MSPs must confirm the correct client before export.
