Understanding AXORIK

When you do this

Read this first if you are new to AXORIK or want to understand how it works alongside UniFi.

What this means

AXORIK is an operational intelligence and guidance layer for UniFi environments. It helps you understand what is happening, plan supported changes, execute them safely, verify the result and preserve an evidence-based record of what happened. AXORIK does not replace the UniFi controller. UniFi remains the authoritative system controlling the network hardware.

Before you start

  • Have access to your AXORIK account.
  • If you want to follow the examples with live data, make sure a site is connected.
  • Some workspaces and actions depend on your plan and assigned role.

Where to go in AXORIK

Need a quick health overview?

Go to Dashboard.

Something needs attention?

Open Operations Center or Alerts.

Planning a supported configuration change?

Start with Smart Setup.

Designing a new environment?

Use Design Studio.

Need detailed evidence?

Open Ports, Applications, Security, Live Cameras or Reports.

Managing multiple customer organizations?

Use the MSP workspace.

How to know it worked

You should now be able to explain AXORIK's role alongside UniFi and know which AXORIK workspace to open for the task in front of you.

If it does not work

  • If a page is missing, check Plans & Subscription and your assigned role.
  • If a page has no current data, verify the site connection and evidence time before assuming the feature is broken.

What AXORIK is not

AXORIK is not a replacement controller, a monitoring-only dashboard or an autonomous system that changes your network without context. It works with supported UniFi environments to turn live evidence into guided, reviewable operations.

Safety and interpretation

  • AXORIK does not replace the UniFi controller. UniFi continues to control the network hardware.
  • Reusable controller credentials remain local.
  • Not every finding supports an automatic change.
  • Supported actions should be reviewed through evidence, impact and preflight checks before execution.
  • AXORIK verifies supported changes and preserves an audit trail where applicable.
