Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, update your profile, or use our services. This may include your name, email address, and network configuration data required to provide our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services. This includes troubleshooting network issues, analyzing usage patterns to optimize performance, and communicating with you about updates and alerts.
3. Data Storage and Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. Your data is stored securely in enterprise-grade cloud environments.
4. Local Connector Architecture
When you use the AXORIK Local Connector, reusable UniFi controller usernames and passwords remain on the Connector inside your network. They are not transmitted to or stored on AXORIK cloud servers.
If you separately choose the UniFi Site Manager API connection method, its scoped and revocable API key is encrypted and stored in AXORIK Cloud so the enabled service can operate. This API key is not your reusable local controller username or password.
5. Third-Party Services
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our portal, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
6. AI-Assisted Features and Data Processing
Some Axorik features use an AI provider, including OpenAI, to turn network events and operational context into explanations, recommendations, and design guidance. When an AI-assisted feature is used, Axorik sends only the minimum redacted context needed for that response, such as alert type, severity, device category, status, counts, timestamps, and bounded telemetry.
Axorik does not send UniFi usernames, passwords, API keys, tokens, controller credentials, private controller IP addresses, or MAC addresses to the AI provider. AI output is advisory and must be verified by the operator before any operational change. Provider processing, retention, and abuse-monitoring practices are governed by the provider’s current business/API terms. Questions about this processing can be sent to privacy@axorik.com.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can also object to processing, request data portability, or withdraw your consent where we rely on it to process your personal data.
8. Contact
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@axorik.com.
